Having grown up in Hawaii, PenniZ learned the importance of acceptance, diversity and how to live with pono (doing what’s right), ohana (family) and mana (power).

The PenniZ Show focuses on transforming lives from the inside out with real stories, relevant topics, and relatable guests.

PenniZ has spent her entire life “making things better.”  For almost 20 years before The PenniZ Show debuted, she rehabbed fixer-uppers.  These days, PenniZ helps people “rehab” their mind to overcome the feelings and experiences of “not being enough” to “I am MORE than enough!”

In PenniZ’s extraordinary story, she shares how she changed her life and how these life-changing choices fuel her mission to help others stand up to be their best selves and live their best lives. 

She discovered that feeling not “enough,” had been holding her back and impeding her growth for decades.  After shedding the limited beliefs that truly were suffocating her, PenniZ discovered that by sharing her story, she could inspire others to make similar life transformations.  When she and her guests on The PenniZ Show, share how they overcome feelings of “Not Enough,” they help listeners realize that it’s possible to change their mindset thus freeing themselves of the unnecessary emotional baggage.

As a podcast host, speaker, trainer and business leader; PenniZ has trained and inspired thousands of people all over the world.  For more than 20 years with the Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees), she held leadership roles at the state, national and international levels.  She has presented at large keynote events, statewide programs and at the Junior Chamber International World Congress in Vienna, Austria.  She has traveled to 26 countries and has appeared throughout her career in radio, television and print media.  She draws on two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and spotting value for people, corporations, and organizations.

She currently lives in Florida where she enjoys warm weather, water, and playtime with her two canine fur babies; Max and Addie.
